For live events and brand activations, I recommend booking a minimum of 4–6 weeks in advance to allow sufficient time for briefing, preparation, and logistics. For peak periods such as the Christmas gifting season, end of financial year, and Valentine's Day, earlier is always better. Yes, I travel nationally and internationally for brand activations and events. Travel fees apply for engagements outside the Gold Coast and are calculated based on distance and duration. All travel costs will be outlined clearly in your quote before confirmation.

Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event date will receive a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations within 14 days of the event may forfeit the deposit. For studio commissions, cancellations must be made before work has commenced. Please get in touch as soon as possible if your plans change and I will work with you to find the best outcome.

As a general guide, pointed pen calligraphy on paper averages 15–20 pieces per hour, while engraving may be slightly fewer. All work is created entirely by hand using traditional tools pointed pen and ink, engraving equipment, or paint. There are no digital fonts or printed reproductions. Every piece is one of a kind.
